St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies is located in Roseau Valley in the Caribbean island of St Lucia. The small distillery is set back amid banana and sugar cane crops; the old steel cranes once used to hoist sugar loads emerging from the lush valley are the first indication of the industry around it. The distillery itself is a few thousand feet from its own receiving facility which feeds the molasses that is now imported from the Caribbean basin.
